There is a special atmosphere on Fanø. Already on the ferry ride you forget everyday life and are ready for new impressions. When you enter the old skipper house, Villa Beta, the feeling of intense quietness and peacefulness is present. You relax here, only 50 meters from the main street and 50 meters from The Wadden Sea. Fanø has fantastic dining places and a unique nature.

Keys for the house
When you have booked and paid for your stay via betahuset.dk, you will receive a receipt and a code for the key box which is placed at the front door of the house. In the key box you will find the key for the front door of the house.
The keys for the rooms hang on the key board in the kitchen, and these keys also fit in the front door.If a key is missing on departure, the tenant settles the cost of changing the locks to the landlord (minimum DKK 2,400, -).
Remember to bring
Besides personal equipment it would be a good idea to bring toilet paper, kitchen rolls, waste bags, dish soap, tabs for the dishwasher, detergents, salt and pepper, extra dishtowels and dish cloths. Possibly bed linen, towels and maybe a table cloth/dinner mats.
Upon arrival you will find a starter package consisting of:
- 1 dishtowel
- 1 dish cloth
- 1 tabs for the dishwasher
- 1 roll of toilet paper
- Hand soap
Linen is not included in the rental price, however, linen packages with bolster, bed-tick and bed sheet as well as 2 towels can be pre-booked on the booking page at betahuset.dk. The costs are DKK 100.00 per person. If linen is ordered subsequently at firstname.lastname@example.org, it is possible to set off the amount against the refund of the deposit.
Additional towels can be rented at DKK 25.00/each. Blankets and pillows are available in the house.
If you want the bed to be made up prior to arrival, it will cost DKK 50.00 per bed.
Wireless network is free of charge. The code can be found in the map with manuals (in the drawer next to the dishwasher).
Iron and ironing board are available free of charge.
Smoking in the house is not allowed. If we find any traces of smoking in the house, we will invoice you subsequently DKK 3,400.00 in order to ensure that the house is smokeless when the next guest moves in.
Pets are allowed – there are no additional costs.
Remember to remove all dog litter both inside the house and outside.
Pay attention to neighbors!
Remember to keep windows and doors closed when playing music or holding a party. At 23:00 p.m, there must be peace and quiet outside. Guests should stay indoors. Noise that bothers the neighbors will, if necessary, be reported to the police. We ask you to take this into account so that everyone, also in the future, can enjoy the house.
The house is furthermore equipped with the following:

- 2 cots with mattresses and blankets
- 42” flat screen TV – 30 canals
- Washing machine with dryer
- 30 blankets and 30 pillows
- 8 sets of tables/benches
- Screen and projector
The kitchen is furnished with an oven, a combi-oven, refrigerator, refrigerator/freezer, industrial dishwasher, 3 coffee machines, electric kettle and crockery and kitchen equipment for 50 persons.
Access without any hindrances
A wheelchair ramp to the terrace has been established with handicap friendly access to the ground floor. The ground floor is furnished with a handicap friendly bathroom and toilet.
In the summer months there is a dialysis station for guests and tourists on Fanø. Please see opening hours and sites on the front page of www.visitfanoe.dk
Consumption of water, heating and electricity has been calculated at a fixed price of DKK 178.00 per day and is included in the rent.

Arrival and departure
Arrival can take place from 3 p.m.
Departure must take place prior to 10 a.m.
When booking courses and 1 day events it is possible to adapt arrival and departure – please contact us for further agreement.
Final cleaning is included in all stays.
However, the rented property must be left clean and tidy. Removing dishes, cleaning the oven and refrigerator and removing garbage is not part of the final cleaning but must be done by the guests prior to departure.
Cleaning of windows
The windows are cleaned on a regular basis.
Because of the proximity of the sea, sea fog, wind and sand will quickly mark the windows, hour by hour. Windows, doors and terrace furniture may therefore be dirty.
